In this workshop you will gain an understanding of how psychological flexibility has been adapted to coaching contexts. Through experientially using the matrix model as adapted to coaching, you’ll learn how to better promote valued living in and out of the workplace and enhance client engagement and outcomes. You will discover how ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Training) can help better align your coaching practice with your clients’ expectations, enhancing agility, and flexibly adapting to client needs. This experiential workshop invites you to experience how to infuse your coaching practice and your own life and professional goals with vitality and meaning while exploring effective strategies tailor-made for the challenges of executive coaching.

Bio

Nadine is an accredited executive coach at Master Practitioner level with EMCC. A psychologist by training, she holds a university degree in cognitive & behavioural therapy and has experience in both business and health settings. She has worked as a coach and facilitator with major European organisations in both private and public sector to build healthy and cooperative work environments. She uses Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT) as a cornerstone of her evidence-based approach to support her executive clients in increasing their psychological flexibility to lead others with purpose and to enhance their emotional and relational capabilities. Nadine is also a member of the board of EMCC Luxembourg and a member of the EMCC International Quality team.
