By the means of a meta study, flow consulting has described the seven essential leadership competences needed for the digital transformation of organizations. These competences as well as their implementation in the practical every-day leadership are in focus in our session.

You will experience what leadership must deliver today and also in the future, to be able to show agility while simultaneously being reliable and to show flexibility while simultaneously being planful. You understand the starting points to develop these competences. Alternating between lecturing input and exercises – a real case example gives an insight into a concrete usage of the instrument in the leadership of a multinational company. A short-test gives a first impression for the audience.

Bio

Matthias Diederichs has worked intensively on issues within organisational culture and change management. He successfully supports companies and associations in implementing strategic change and in change management. To do so he applies a range of tools including elements of interactive large group moderation. He is trained in rhetoric, supervision and coaching, psychodrama techniques, and iterative consulting methodology. Matthias also focuses on consulting and moderating for team-building, realising executives’ programmes, and executive coaching. He has a degree in geography and germanistics, as well as in rhetorics and communication.

Renke Ulonska is an active coach for especially young professionals/leaders. After his international master’s degree in economics and business studies with a major in international business and innovation management, Renke worked as a consultant in an internationally active consultancy firm. There he was part of and drove several change projects, mainly within the subject of procurement & supply chain. Renke has completed coaching education at the reputable Fischer-Epe Institute in Hamburg (Germany). His focus areas are: training, coaching, and consulting in times of change and digitalisation, leadership development, strategy, process and business analyses, and innovation management.
