‘Reflect to Create!’ is a holistic philosophy and set of reflective practices designed to free your innate creativity and humanity to craft wise, compassionate, and skillful leadership, professional practice, and supervision in our VUCA world.

Explored through the metaphor of the dance with the four moves of The Prelude, The Opening, The Flow, and The Denouement, ‘Reflect to Create!’ offers you the choreography to support you and your clients to reflect, learn, and create anew for inspired living and working. In this Masterclass, Elaine and Karyn will introduce you to its choreography, and in particular invite you to explore The Prelude where vulnerability and self-compassion meet as a prerequisite to dance.

The Masterclass with be fun, experimental, and experiential. Please bring pens and your journals. Please note no dancing shoes or experience is required! Guests will receive a free chapter from the book. We shall look forward to seeing you there.
