Session

In this session you will learn how coaches can win more chemistry sessions and learning and development professionals can develop effective coach matching processes. You will gain insights about what works well and less well during chemistry sessions from the perspectives of coachees, coaches, and organisations. We will draw upon recent evidence-based research and new case study material. In summary, the session will be an opportunity for coaches and learning and development professionals to explore, learn from, and transform their chemistry sessions and coach matching processes.

Bio

Dr Louise Sheppard is an executive coach and coaching supervisor and has worked with over 50 organisations globally. Louise’s background is in business and leadership development. She started her career with Unilever Plc and then worked as a management consultant with Coopers & Lybrand. Louise is a partner at Praesta LLP. She is on the advisory board for a social enterprise, Rising Minds, which provides coaching and mindfulness services. Louise has a doctorate in coaching and mentoring awarded by Oxford Brookes (UK) and an MA in professional coaching from Middlesex University (UK).

Eva Kovacs started her GSK career in Hungary and became an HR Director. She moved to the UK and joined the Coaching Centre of Excellence in 2012 and is now head of internal coaching and external executive coaching globally (excluding the Americas). Eva is a Professional Medical Coach and she is completing her MA in team coaching at Ashridge (UK). In 2016 GSK Coaching received the International Coach Federation (ICF) International Prism Award for Global Excellence.
