In supervision there are many perspectives to which supervisors and their clients can pay attention to. A core supervision model for many supervisors and supervisees is the Hawkins and Shohet Seven Eyed Model (1989/2012). In this demonstration Pamela will work with a supervisee and the participants to bring the model to life in the session. Working with the supervisee’s case we will be curious about the case from the various lenses in the model. The session will comprise context setting, the invitiaton for a small number of participants to join the session, a supervision session and debrief of the process. This session is suited to practitioners who are interested in group supervision and experimentation. It would be usefulto have a working knowledge of the model if joining this session.
