Do you ever find yourself thinking `this client would benefit from going much deeper but I need them to get there themselves so how do we do it?’ We have found that using writing coaching enables clients to be able to reflect at significant depth for themselves, enabling you to work at depth with them very quickly. In this session you will learn how writing coaching can be used either as a stand alone practice or in combination with speaking coaching sessions. We will share the underpinning theoretical foundations as well as the practical process and tools so you will be able to leave the session capable of introducing this innovative form of coaching into your practice immediately. This form of coaching is especially useful when coaching remotely around the globe. The session will be highly interactive and will use the wisdom in the room as well as the experience of the two presenters who both use this form of coaching as part of their practice to good effect.
