Great masterminds are experienced as a very powerful way to develop professionally and personally – this session will first explain why that is. Yet what is called a mastermind often is more like a masterclass, is too short to create cohesion, and does not release the maxiumum benefits such as energy, knowledge, support, and experience. This session will explore the psychological foundations for great masterminds (theory) and compare these with a number of other popular approaches (practice). I will take some time to let you experience the power of dialogue and support that can take place in a great masterminds.
